We require a $1000 deposit for your Wedding Package if you want to secure the date. Availability is limited.

Initial Consultation
This is when our team will have the opportunity to meet (in person or virtually) with you and your partner to discuss your wedding and learn more about you as a couple.
Detailed Questionnaire
Our team will provide you with a questionnaire to complete during the initial consultation. Not only does this information help us plan the large, more significant elements of your wedding (i.e., the number of guests), but the little details you provide about your relationship help us personalize your big day, too.
Bi-monthly Month Check-In in person, or virtually
Meet in person for us to reconvene and discuss new ideas!
Scout/ research vendors that fit your budget and style. Vendor Consultations, we will attend up to 4 Vendor Meetings of your choice. We recommend Florist/Photographer/Bakery (and one other of your choice if applicable
Once we have vendors selected, our team will schedule consultations (think cake tastings!) with them as necessary.
Check-In via phone; You will have a telephone consultation every two weeks for the first three months and once a month until your wedding day.

Manage Venue Set-Up and break down
Our team will travel to the venue and oversee deliveries and setup.
One planner assistant and one bridal assistant
Manage budget while coordinating vendor payments
Oversee the design of events branding items (For example, save the dates, invitations, etc.
Welcome bag - design, purchase, assemble and deliver
